How To: Make Red Lobster Biscuits

Jonathan loves Red Lobster. But we only eat out at nice restaurants for special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, etc). Jonathan keeps dropping hints to go to Red Lobster during the Endless Shrimp. I, however, am not such a fan of seafood. But I do love RL biscuits. So, thank you “Cum, Vella Essa!” (my family’s Amish cookbook) for supplying me with a recipe for the biscuits. They’re de-lish!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 2/3 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Melted Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning

Directions:

  • Mix Bisquick, milk, an cheese into a soft dough.
  • Drop on greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
  • Brush with combination of melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian Seasoning.
